What is required to see the videos on Barbariba.com ?
Just make sure that you have the latest version for either video player installed on your computer and that Javascript is activated. You can get the latest version for all players used on this site for free by following these links:
   Real Player     Goto the link Download RealPlayer - Free on their page.
   Flash Player   Click on the Download Now button on their page.

    N.B: You must install Flash Player version 8.0 or better; our Flash videos are encoded for this version.



How do I activate Javascript on my Web Browser ?
IMPORTANT: This site will not function properly is JavaScript is not enable. If you wish to get access to all available material on this site, you must then enable JavaScript.
Here are the instructions to accomplish that:

  Internet Explorer 5.x and 6.x (Windows):
    1. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.
    2. Click the Security tab.
    3. Click Custom Level in Security Level for this Zone.
    4. Scroll down to Scripting, near the bottom of the list.
    5. Under Active Scripting, choose Enable.
    6. Click OK to leave Security Settings. Click OK to leave Internet Options.

  Mozilla Firefox: Tools-Options-Content-Enable JavaScript must be checked.



What is required to see the photos on Barbariba.com ?
No additional plugins are required to view the photos from your computer. Just make sure that your browser is configured to show pictures and accept cookies. Here are the instructions to accomplish that:

  To show pictures:

  Internet Explorer:Tools-Internet Options-Advanced-Multimedia-Show pictures must be checked.

  Mozilla Firefox:Tools-Options-Web Features-Load Images must be checked.


  To accept cookies:

  Internet Explorer:Tools-Internet Options-Privacy-Low must be selected.

  Mozilla Firefox:Tools-Options-Privacy-Allow sites to set cookies must be checked.



I've lost my password. How can I retrieve it ?
You can retrieve your password in any time via the following link: Forgot my Password. From there, you simply enter the Email address you used when joining the site and you will then receive an Email with your user id and password. Then just click on the MEMBERS link to log in.



Can I change my password ?
Once you’re logged on, you can easily change your password via the Change Password on the bottom of the Members Home page.


How can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your account at any time from your account management area located in the member’s help page. If you do so, your membership lasts until the end of the period that you last paid for. Which means that if your card is charged on the 1st of the month and you cancel on the 5th as an example, your access to the site will be valid until the 1st of the following month. If you paid for a 3 months membership and you cancel after that, you'll be charge for that period and will be able to access the site until the end of the 3 months period. If you cancel a trial membership before the 3 day period expired, you'll be charge only for that trial period and will be able to access the site until the end of the 3 day period.
